Middle School Is EASY!

Posted by Michaela on September 3rd, 2008

I don’t know about you, but middle school is a breeze! I have a goal to become treasure in my middle school. I would run for president, since I already know what the country needs to change, but only 8th grade can run for president. Back to middle school! But, overall, middle school is really easy…except for that science homework I lost. We don’t have lockers so we have to haul our stuff around ALL DAY from  9am to 4pm. Only seven hours. I have Math, Language Arts, lunch, Science or Social Studies, Choir or Spanish (For nine weeks o n l y), and free period. At free period (Or enrichment/re-teach), we do our homework or play a game. Middle school’s fun. DON’T GET TOO EXCITED OR BUMMED OUT! If you get too excited you’ll be bummed out by the down side. Down side is the older grades push you in the hallways and you get TONS of homework. That’s why I haven’t been posting. Dumb middle school homework. I’ll try to post tomorrow.

Friends, Journal, Middle School, and Trouble

Posted by Michaela on May 17th, 2008

Friends, Journals, Middle School, and Trouble. Sounds like summer. Summer-break-itis.

I’m scared of middle school. The whole fifth grade took a field trip to a middle school in our town, I was scared. Oh well, only one and a half of weeks left of school. Then I’m a sixth grader. In middle school. A teen. Not really. I’m still gonna be a tween for another year. But if I’m going to be a teen so soon, should I still post????? Yes, I wouldn’t forget about all of you guys. Are you scared of middle school? Leave a comment about whether or not you are scared.

Friends. Now what does that mean? Does it mean your friends glare at you every chance they get? Or do they pretend to be your’s then someone else’s BFF? I don’t think all girls don’t know the real meaning of friendship. I think the true test of true friends is summer. You get out of school, forget about everything and everyone else, and totally ignore them. A true friend will be calling you AT LEAST one DAY a MONTH! They will set up sleepovers, email you, text you, call yo-oh wait. Didn’t I say that one already? Oh well, just the point it CALL GOOD FRIENDS ONCE A MONTH OR AT LEAST A WEEK.

Well, for journal I don’t have to write a paragraph. If I say my feelings, you have to promise not to take it personally. OK, I will. Today was a great day. My teacher is SO cool. Unlike other teachers, she went on the SWINGS. And I mean the SWINGS. Now that, it crazy. Other teachers would have teacher talk. Others would have teacher talks. OK, and I live in USA right? Anyway, I live in a hot spot in my state. So our AC broke. Great. FOR THREE WEEKS. We went in the computer lab for the first week. The second week was in the classroom. The third week was spent it the library. Today, we got our AC back. AWESOME!

Trouble is this summer-break-itis. Terrible. I’m hyper. I’m jumpy. I have my legs bumping up and down. I want sleep. I’m going to bed! TGIF!!!!!!! OMG!

OMG! This is the end of the post because it is almost 10:00 pm. O. M. G! Well, bye!

Sorry!

My life as a tween is a boring one. The time after state tests and before summer vacation is a boring time. This is my day as a tween after school.

  • Walk or ride the bus home.
  • Open door.
  • Eat snack/do homework.
  • Do chores.
  • Go on computer.
  • Ride bike.
  • Eat dinner.
  • Go to bed.
  • Repeat.

My life as a tween is boring. I wish I had a exciting life. That’s it. I’m gonna write a WHOLE page about my life. Well, not my life from the day I was born though, but my thoughts, feelings, private thoughts, and two books I’m writing. Let’s get started!

One of the books I’m writing is about the life of my dog, Sadie. It’s called, Arf? It’s her personal tail (Heehee! Get it?) of her life. She steals a T-bone steak, meets the boy dog of her dreams, and has to go to Doggy Camp?!?!? Her life is full of dreams of a perfect boy-dog-friend and yummy steak in this doggy tale.

The other book I’m writing is called, My life as a tween. It’s about this girl in the fifth grade that’s having friendship problems, teacher troubles, and a girl and her dog. It is a loving story that everyone should read.

This is a very long post, as I am posting three posts today. Well, this is the end of this post! Bye!

Middle School Tips to Survive Middle School

Posted by Michaela on April 29th, 2008

Today was a average day…nothing really happened I think that would be interesting for today so I’ll write some middle school tips. This are important tips for survive in middle school:

1. Never go into a school bathroom (aka girls’ or boys’) alone if there is a school bully at your school. You could get beaten up.

2. Talk to your friends outside of school, at lunch, and while walking to and from classes, but never stand and talk to friends for five minutes. You’ll never make it to class!

3. You have 2-4 minutes to get to and from classes. Not like Elementary School at all, huh?

4. Middle School’s freedom! Have some fun! But at my middle school, if you don’t follow the dress code (BOR-ING) , you get to wear a yellow shirt that says “POLICE” on it and some bright neon orange shorts!

Well, I got to go to bED SOON, S-opps, I hit the caps key! So, I G2G (aka got to go) now! Bye! I’ll try to remember to write tomorrow!

My Journal-day seven

Posted by Michaela on April 27th, 2008

Forget about what I said about becoming a famous singer or the next big thing (It’s a 1 in a million chance) . Two of my friends got in the talent show. Let me catch you up a bit.

A Trip In The Past For You

OK, at my school, they’re doing this talent show. All four of my friends were gonna sign up. One of them said they get very bad stage fright and didn’t want to do it. Another one of my friends said they didn’t want to do it and was thinking about it. So that left the on-again off-again friend and me. Sure I wouldn’t mind if I did a show with her, but she walked off, disappointed. Later the friend that said she was thinking about the talent show chatted me on my email and said, “who should I do the ts (talent show) with: A. the friend that didn’t want to be in the ts, B. the on-again off-again friend, or C. alone(I put no names so she didn’t said THAT as the names!)” I said the on-again off-again friend, thinking she would do the talent show with me AND her. Wrong. She signed up with her only. So I signed up alone. The day of the talent show try-outs was scary! I sang I Miss You by Miley Cyrus. They sang Rock Star by Hannah Montana. I sang quiet, shaky, and awful while they sang loud, steady, and awesome (I’m not jealous, I’m just catching you up.) ! I was proud of them but I felt a bing of jealousy in my body. I shuck the feeling off and told them they did a GREAT AWESOME job! YOU should have heard them! I know, it must of looked weird that I wasn’t jealous but, hey, I did a better job then before! Later, I found out they got in, not me. But look below!!!! ;-)

The Journey Back

So, they got in. I don’t really care, but I’m just glad that I didn’t get in because I would have thrown up. It was a just another on of the things I wanted to try. So, who wants ice cream???? I got strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate!

One Last Word

This is a very long post, good because I needed to post again, but this post isn’t meant to hurt anyone’s feelings. Remember, it’s MY feelings in the posts. OK? I had to delete a post because someone got upset. So please don’t take it personally OK? Please don’t. I don’t like to delete my posts. Well, I’ll try to write more often. Bye!

My Journal-day six

AIMS is a sad time. Very sad time. I had testing ALL DAY LONG TODAY AND YESTERDAY AND THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW AND THE DAY AFTER THAT. I told you it’s a sad time. But, anyway, it’s good too because we get extra recess and fun things to do. And. Best. Of. All. No. HOMEWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is the best thing ever! And I mean best. Homework takes a LONG time if you’re in the fifth grade and almost in sixth.  I’m kinda scared of middle school. Are you???? If you ARE scared of middle school? In my next My Journal entry, I’ll give some middle school tips. Well, I G2G, or got to go. BB! Bye bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D :-D :-) ;-) :-o
