Welcome to TweenHeaven.com, a website just for tweens created by a tween. If you don’t know what a tween is, a tween is that age where you’re too old to be a child, but too young to be a teenager. Somewhere between the ages of 9-12. This website was created with the help of my beautiful daughter Michaela, who has graciously filled me in on all the cool things tweens like. That’s her picture in the top left corner, isn’t she cute? How to Style Your Hair Like Miley Cyrus 

 You will need:

•  A good shampoo and conditioner, preferably one with thermal heat protection
• Leave in conditioner
• Blow dryer
• A 1 inch to 1/2 inch curling iron
• Thermal heat protector cream or spray
• Flexible hold hairspray
• 3 hair clips.

First, start off with a good shampoo and conditioner.  Then comb through a leave in conditioner and gently blow dry hair.  Follow these steps to have hair like Miley Cyrus:

1. Separate your hair into 3 sections and coat each section with a thermal heat protector
2. Take 1 inch or 1/2 inch curling iron, and working from front to back, coil your hair around the curling iron in a spiral/springy shape.  Spray with hairspray and gently release from the curling iron, being careful not to mess up the curl.
3. If you have two different sized curling irons, use the bigger one on the bottom section and the smaller one on the top sections.
4. When you have finished curling all sections take out any remaining clips and finish with one last coat of hairspray.
